I am a Mechanical Engineer and CAD Expert with experience of 7 years
As a dedicated full-time freelancer, I provide Product Development and Reverse Engineering services to clients. Products and 3D CAD Models including Sheet Metal Designs, 3D Printed Designs, Composite Designs, and Plastic Designs (Injection Molding, Thermoforming). The designs are Validated using Simulation and Mechanical Analysis along with the selection of appropriate materials, and enhance overall design quality. Following prototyping of the Products, I provide comprehensive manufacturing drawings alongside compelling rendered images and animations that vividly showcase product and the assemblies.
My approach is driven by efficiency, both in terms of design timelines and costs. I integrate pre-existing manufactured parts and components from a spectrum of suppliers into my designs. By doing so, I ensure not only economical design execution but also preemptive mitigation of redundant manufacturing expenses. All this is presented with meticulous detail, including material selection, Bill of Materials (BOM), and accessible sourced links.
In Tight Tolerance Project, I implement Tolerance Analysis in Assembly Design, where I adhere to ISO 286 and ISO 2768 Tolerance standards. For accurate and precise manufacturing, I use ASME Y14.5 GD&T in manufacturing drawings.
