• Trainee Ordnance Factory Medak · Full-time Feb 2020 – Feb 2021 1 yrs Medak U, TG, India Here, I worked under the R&D department for the improvisation of the military
  vehicle suspension. Studied and made up with 3d models for
  manufacturing feasibility.
  My work includes
  ● Developed concept layout of suspension parts from product
  specifications.
  ● Design optimization and stress analysis of the Control Arm
  (RWA).
  ● Preparing models for FEA analysis by model simplification and
  fixing dimensional errors
  ● Automation Of Track mechanism, and Improvisation of Torsion
  bar by applying load analysis.
  ● Redesigning the existing press tool drawings into 3d models.
  Gained diverse mechanical designing experience spanning welded
  assembly design and casting design and also by participating in design
  review discussions.
