I am highly skilled mechanical designer, and have over 9 years of experience in all aspects of new product design and development . From studying customer requirements to concepts, detailed design, manufacturing, assembly and testing of prototypes all the way to mass production.

My designs have covered a wide range of industry sectors including electro-mechanical devices, electronic communication systems, industrial, lighting, consumer good products and metal industries.
Proficient experience in choosing and defining from various manufacturing technologies : injection molding, aluminium castings, extrusion, punching, form sheet metal parts, and CNC machining.

Hands-on experience while working with external and internal staff and/or customers to diagnose and resolve conflicts with installers and customers at the moment they arise, and tolerantly coordinate subcontractors/vendors in order to achieve precise and accurate results for each project, cut assembly time and reduce cost.

Basic hands-on Machine shop skills (i.e. milling machine, lathe etc.,)
