I am an Architect, Urban Designer and CAD draftsman. With over 22 years of experience in the architectural field and 18 years in the urban design field.

In addition to 2D and 3D drawings in Autocad and Revit.
I can convert vectorized and rasterized PDF files to DWG format. As well as converting JPEG and PNG files into DWG "Autocad" or RVT "Revit" format files.
Regarding Urban Design, I can provide design proposals or projects for urban space, which can be intended for recreation, leisure and equipment in urban areas, I have the ability to cover urban design projects from their preliminary or initial phase in natural urban spaces, as well as in the renovation, remodeling or refurbishment of existing public-urban space.
I am able to visually communicate my ideas and concepts in architectural, urban and remodeling projects.
Mainly I have the ability to capture and interpret the client's ideas or concepts, what he/she is looking for, expects and desires from the project, so that what the client has already visualized is reflected on paper and plans.
In my creative work I use different softwares that allow me to achieve exceptional and great results. Which, according to the client's requirements, can include conceptual, development, technical and photorealistic representations. Each of the stages requires a specific software:
