I've done some freelance work in the aerospace and medical fields. Both projects involved extrapolating a design into either a 3D CAD model (using SolidWorks) and even using a combination of FreeCAD and Blender to create a model for applications in the dental field. I have done business on Craigslist and CGTrader.
