Growing up in an advanced mult-axis CNC machine shop and furthering my experience with studies in International Industrial Product Design Marketing and Mechanical Engineering I bring 25 years of theory and deep experience in the hands on / real world aspects of how precision industrial, medical, food processing, commercial, aerospace and consumer product products are conceptualized, prototyped and later produced and sourced. I have substantial experience in multi-axis CNC programming for high-speed, horizontal and vertical milling centers as well as multi-axis Swiss lathes (Citizen) via Mastercam. I am very well versed in a variety of materials and have years experience programming complex, multi-surfaced components to simple components, for short run prototypes, high speed, long run production and high-confidence lights out operations. In addition I have many years experience in CAD modeling and design via Solidworks 2018 including part, assembly and prints of which I also own one seat of latest 2018 version including Solid Works Simulation and the new, very impressive Solid Works Visualize. With Visualize I have the ability to not only design full solid models and assemblies but also create incredible, rendered real world pictures and images. I have designed, prototyped, sourced and brought to market several products from the ground up in various market segments including industrial, medical, food processing and aerospace. (including sheet metal, injection molded parts and of course precision machined parts with very tight tolerances). I currently own a Okuma MB-4000H Multi-Axis Horizontal Milling Center in which I can complete advanced protoypes to high speed, long run production runs. I am very confident that my education, real world experience and upbringing in a CNC environment has given me the ability to not only boldly design and or program components and products with disruptive, world class mechanical characteristics, it has given me the hands on experience to also design within the mindset of key variables like machine-ability and optimal material selection as this directly relates to final product cost. I have deep experience in optimization of solid model product design for machining and injection molding as well. I also hold several patents within the industrial and packaging spaces. Working extra hours to help you achieve what you are looking for is my biggest hobby. ✅ I've been designing high-quality molds for companies like the Lego Corporation in Denmark, Crayola, and SIAMP … ♦️ I can design mold two plates, three plates with slider (angular pin, T-slot or Cylinder), slide movement on fix half, delay slide, two steps slide, and tunnel slide. ♦️ Mold hot runner, 2K mold, mold hot runner combine cold runner use manifold from Mold master, Otto Manner, Husky. ♦️ Unscrew mold, DME collapsible core… ♦️ Ejector system as two-step ejectors, accelerated ejectors, Stripper plate ejectors, angle ejectors... ♦️ Design conformal cooling additive manufacturing (SLM- part, copper pin inside part), Wema cooling pipe… ✅ I always do mold flow analysis by using Moldex3D. You will get a plastic part injection molding simulation before final mold manufacturing and processing. That will include animation of injection with: ♦️ Filling Time, Filling Pressure, weld line… ♦️ Sink mark, warpage… ♦️ Software Generated Report. Unlike many other injection mold designs who only try to complete their mold construction as FAST as possible so they can take your money and disappear. I am willing to put in an extra hour double check just to make sure my mold assembly is working well. Definitely, you do not have to pay me a single cent for this. I’ve found the biggest problem in the injection mold is the flash slider in plastic sample. There are too many reasons but the main reason is the looking heel did not cover all the elements. If the mold support plate is not strong enough when the mold run under high pressure, the support plate will get deflection. If the value of deformation is higher air venting depth of material, flash will appear. If we were to work together, you just need to provide me with the basic information about your prospects, products/services… Answer some questions that might have and I do all the rest. My name is Mohammed Abul Hassan. I have graduated at College of the North Atlantic – Qatar studying advanced diploma program in Mechanical Engineering Technology program. At present, i am pursuing Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Qatar University. Most people in the world have some goals in life. My aim in life is to become a mechanical design engineer. After I graduated high school, I became certain that I will pursue my higher education in mechanical engineering. The reason to study mechanical engineering is that, when I was in high school I was interested in Applied Math’s and physics. I like to apply theory which I studied in physics to solve real life problems. As a result, I have decided to study mechanical engineering. Moreover, I want interested to build hand-working skills in mechanical engineering. For this reason, I study at College of the North-Atlantic Qatar which is Canadian technical college. I have completed my advanced diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology (industrial maintenance). In this diploma, I have learned a lot of industrial maintenance for example- reliable center maintenance, how the power plant system works, how to do maintenance in machinery equipment’s etc. Moreover, in final year I have learned how to build product from scratch. In my capstones project I build a hydraulic book lifting trolley. At first, I have done to research for the need of project. After that I calculated and design the model in 3-D software Catia V5. After finishing design I fabricated the project using college resources such as welding, fastening etc. These all techniques of fabrication I have learned in my diploma program. From this project I am interested to make career in design and manufacturing. After completion Diploma, I progressed towards B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering Degree completion at Qatar University. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, I have design and fabricated numerous projects, some of them highlighted below: -The aim of project is to design and simulate a solar powered water distillation system for rural communities in Somalia. The system consists of the evaporator, condenser, and storage tank for salty water, storage tank for distilled water, filter, pump and solar collector -The aim is to design a greenhouse that maintains the required climate to grow to tomatoes in hot and arid environments such as Qatar. The required climate includes the temperature, relative humidity, ventilation and carbon dioxide, lighting and thermal radiation, and so forth. The design is meant to meet the conditions at lower energy consumption and initial and operating cost so that to produce tomatoes that will be used for resale at a reasonable price and make profit. The design should also be reliable, have back-up systems, and be maintainable. Growing tomatoes and other crops in Qatar’s environment is important to increase food resources and production. -Aim of project describes computational and experimental investigation on the response of thin wall structures for energy absorption of car crash boxes. In this project, the tubes subjected to quasi-static axial loading. Many different cross-sectional structures have been studies to find optimal configuration for energy absorption. Initially, the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) model has been developed for different structures. From FEA model, Specific Energy Absorption (SEA) and Peak force has been estimated for different cross-sectional structures. To verify these performance parameters, quasi-static axial loading has been performed experimentally. Both foam-filled and without foam on different cross-sectional structures are implemented to study their effects on the performance parameters. The study used the aluminum alloy as a material to investigate the ability of using aluminum alloy in the energy absorption structures since the aluminum has lighter weight.
