I have worked in the field of hydraulics, pneumatics industry and heavy equipment maintenance. This gives my designs a practical reality.
My expertise includes:
- Design mechanical products, Steel structure and apply stress analysis, hydraulic power units, hydraulic cylinders and hydro-mechanical equipment’s.
- Design for manufacture of industrial equipment’s for tires waste industry includes; tires hydraulic and mechanical shredders, hydraulic tire ballers 50 and 70 tons, belt conveyors straight and inclined and mechanical un-adjustable cracker mill 40 micron.
- Design multi stage reducer gearboxes with high and low torques (spur and helical gears) and sprocket- chains for high and low torques.
- Static stress analysis for the design components.
- The hydraulic designs will include hydraulic schematic drawing and the B.O.M
- I will design the 3D model on DFM basis and provide BOM and manufacture drawings
