    ★ PYGA MoBu Bicycle Frame Project - main focus has been running the design and manufacture of the PYGA MoBu project from the initial conceptual phase to the current preproduction state. My tasks included the CAD design of all the carbon and aluminium parts for the bicycle assembly, the production moulds as well as the carbon layup and ply development. I also designed and implemented a completely out of autoclave curing process that requires no bagging or disposable internal bladders, that significantly reduces the in process waste and scrap rate.

    ★ Other Special Contributions
    1) Improved the wheel sanding process and output. Researched, implemented and automated the process, reducing bottlenecks and turnaround time.

    2) Implemented a new manufacturing method to reduce consumables, reduce waste, and that demanded less power, and reduced environmental impact.

    3) Reduced the turnaround time for moulds by utilizing additive manufacture. This negated the need for the oversimplification of designs to enable machining. This enabled production of more complex designs.
