  o The packaging Pilot for new model launch
   Analyze packaging data of new model for each project milestone and control key items (parts
  M3, logistic and packaging cost)
   Searching opportunity for packaging improvement (3D CAD packaging simulation and
  benchmarking from the other plants).
   Implementing of packaging improvement (packaging physical check, preparing packaging
  change proposal material, and discussing it with suppliers)
   Work with local suppliers to develop and validate specific packaging (special metal racks, EPP
  returnable dunnage etc.) for new model at each stage of project (from digital concept to physical

  Main Achievements
  o Developed the tool for automatization launch 3D CAE packaging simulations and automatic
  report creation. The tool significantly reduces engineering man time for parts logistic volume
  calculation. Maximum 15 simulations manually by an engineer vs 80 simulations in automatic
  mode per day.
  o Optimized packaging process of spare parts (rear and front bumpers) which caused significant
  reduction of budget for parts shipping. Quantity of parts per one truck has increased x1.5 after this
  optimization.
