In this project we had developed a smart layout for improving hydroponics system with changes in the plant layout. Which enabled the grower to grow more plants in minimum space with high productivity using hexagonal plant holders.

Formula Bharath 2019, design & manufacturing of F3

2019 ROLE- Fabrication head.
I was tasked with in designing the body of the car by taking aesthetics, dimension criteria & design limitations all into consideration. Using CAD modeling of the body vehicle body was designed, standard sheet metal was used (zincroni).

FKDC 2019 (Formula Kart Design Challenge ), design & manufacturing of go-kart.

ROLE–Fabrication head.
My role was to design body of the go-kart taking aesthetics, according to dimension criteria & considering design constrains. In this competition for the first time whole body of the kart was 3D printed which lead to reduced weight & there was 80% reduction in cost to the estimated cost for the fabrication of the body. The body was deigned using fusion 360 & ender creality s3 was used for the printing.

“A process for enhancing hydrogen fuel cell performance with
nafion proton exchange membrane with optimal UV exposure”

Hydrogen fuel cell .
Design, manufacturing & testing of the fuel cell had to be done. Then subsystems were developed such as humidifier, mass flow controller. The project has given very promising results & also helped us in better understanding of the hydrogen fuel cell further stack development.
This project was selected for the final round of KPIT sparkle 2020 –Which is an event where the students are challenged to give solutions to the problems in the field of automotive &

Product development & designing.

Under Envision lab(based in AIET, Mijar) the development of micro weather station is being carried out in association with ISRO where my role was to design sensor mount for electronic housing & complete product designing.

IIT Bombay E-Yantra Robotic Competition 2020

Task is to build a bio mimicking of fish & navigate through the given arena for completion of the task given by the task implementer. Complete design was done on fusion 360, motion simulation was also carried out for the better understanding of the design. As the team works remotely so we use Autodesk A360 for keeping the team up to date.

  • Research intern Tara Institute of Fundamental Research · Full-time Jul 2019 – Aug 2019 1 mos Mumbai, MH, India During this internship we learnt to do CNC simulations where we were tasked with designing of fuel cell anode & cathode. Then according to the design CNC milling simulations had to be done. As the total project team consisted of only 4 members multiple roles had to be carried out that included research, concept designing, CAD designing, CAM operations, analysis, process design, material sourcing, machining, assembly, testing, validation, documentation and other related works.
