About
I am a Mechanical Engineer with over 5 years of professional experience spanning research and development, systems engineering, and manufacturing-oriented design. I graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, and have since worked on the complete lifecycle of mechanical products, from concept development and simulation to prototyping, validation, and production-ready design.
My technical expertise lies in 3D CAD modeling using SolidWorks and Creo, supported by strong capabilities in finite element analysis for structural, thermal, dynamic, and seismic applications using ANSYS and MATLAB. I have practical experience translating engineering concepts into manufacturable solutions through CNC machining, CAM workflows, additive manufacturing, and composite fabrication. A strong emphasis of my work has been on Design for Manufacturing and Assembly, tolerance control, parametric standardization, and documentation to ensure consistency, quality, and cost efficiency in production.
In my R&D role, I developed drone-based mechanical systems including modular attachment platforms, retractable mechanisms, and fluid handling assemblies, where I collaborated closely with electrical and embedded teams to deliver fully integrated electromechanical solutions. In an industrial environment, I have worked on transformer and power system equipment, performing thermal and fluid analysis, implementing CAD automation to reduce design cycle time, and supporting seismic qualification and compliance with international standards.
I am highly motivated by practical engineering challenges and enjoy working in environments where design decisions directly impact manufacturability, reliability, and performance. I bring a structured problem-solving approach, strong cross-functional communication skills, and a continuous improvement mindset, making me well-suited for manufacturing-driven organizations.
