Since 2019, I have been engaged in 3D printing. I have implemented numerous projects — ranging from household items and decorative models to device enclosures, prototypes, robotics components, and art projects. I worked at Sibmaster, where I designed and developed winter motor vehicles, taking into account ergonomics, operating conditions, and production specifics. I participated in refining designs based on assembly and testing results. At Leber, I was involved in the development of office furniture and small architectural forms. I created design documentation and prepared files for production. For over twenty years, I have participated in the design and manufacturing of more than 500 products and devices used by clients in various sectors. This experience has allowed me to develop a solid understanding of functionality, usability, ergonomics, technical feasibility, materials, production processes, certification, and the costs associated with product development. My approach combines mechanical engineering with a methodology focused on precision and efficiency. As an advanced user of Autodesk Inventor (2D and 3D), I have developed solutions that integrate the client's knowledge of their product and process with an external perspective focused on optimizing performance, manufacturing, and cost. In the attached portfolio, you will find examples of: • Design of plastic products and mechanical parts • Development of production molds • Carbon fiber components • Dimensional control devices I also have experience as a CAM programmer (milling and machining centers) using Open Mind's Hypermill, and as a metrologist, using my own Faro Arm for inspection and quality control. I have basic Python programming skills and can use AI when required. My work includes virtual prototypes, CAE analysis, animations, visualization, and functional prototypes generated by CAM or 3D printing, always maintaining a technical and visual standard that facilitates decision-making. During studying I gained experience in engineering design, product development and FEM analysis working on various projects such as conceptual design of prosthetic leg and design of motorized nanolight trike for hang gliding.
