I've designed and engineered automated lens drills, helmet drop towers, interlocking aluminum parts, plastic covers, and more. Good foundation in human factors and ergonomics, and I always think of the people who will be using or interacting with my designs.
Expert SolidWorks user - I've been using it since 2006 for assemblies with thousands of parts. CSWP (Certified SolidWorks Professional). Fusion 360 is a great tool for FEA (stress analysis) simulations.
Familiar manufacturing methods: milling, turning, welding, sheet metal, sand casting, injection molding, 3D Printing, RIM (Reaction Injection Molding).
