- Partners with the Electrical Engineering team to design electrical sheet metal enclosures with efficient cable entry cutouts and routing and adequate airflow for ventilation, as well as to design mounting panels for user interface electrical connectors to ensure easy access and safety.
- Designs leak-proof hydrogen and other gas circulation systems utilizing tri-clamp sanitary connections and welded flanges for high-pressure applications.
- Develops a range of CNC-machined and waterjet-cut metal plates and polycarbonate panels for mounting and safety protection purposes.
- Supports with final testing and commissioning of machines prior to commercial deployment and onsite delivery.
