1. Responsible for the Design the company’s New Manufacturing Plants and Large scale
Warehouse, office building and Housing Projects including the Master Development plan.
2. Prepare, review and preliminary plans, 3D models for discussion and approval to the
owner.
3. Develop and recommend procedures and methodology to the owners for proper
implementation.
4. Plan, Direct a team of designers for the detailing of the approved plans including other
trade designer.
5. Monitor, verify and provide remedy of works from other designers for accuracy and

scope, tasks, schedules, budget, resources and base line measures.
3. Prepare, review and control project schedule and expenditures.
4. Verify the work of assigned employees for accuracy, proper work methods, techniques
and compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
5. Direct a variety of capital and operating projects, outline the scope of work for projects
and coordinate project engineers including the collection and analysis of data and
preparation of reports.
6. Develop and recommend goals, objectives, policies, procedures and quality assurance
standards for the assigned projects.
7. Identify critical strategic, project management and external issues; advise appropriate
staff, recommend solutions and resolve related complex project problems.
8. Supervise and participate in project control in including cost forecasting, variances,
change orders, scheduling and close-out procedures.
9. Direct and participate in the development, negotiation and administration of
contractors; monitor the work of contractors and ensure project completion.
10. Represent the Management in meeting or public presentations to clients, contractors,
vendors and other governmental regulatory agencies relative to strategic external
issues.
11. Analyze project proposed by other agencies, determine their impact on the
management and develop recommendations; participate in the development of
cooperative agreements with other agencies.
