• As per project bought out material selection- types of motor & gearbox, rack & pinion, lm rail & block, coupling & bearings, Pneumatics and hydraulics, etc...
• Material selection capabilities (eg.-ISO, DIN, etc…)
• Estimated quantities and cost of materials to determine feasibility and maximize profitability.
• Preparation of Bom as per machine assembly.
• Creating item code & BOM entry on ERP software as per machine project.
• Participating in a meeting & discussions with clients regarding issues & new SPM projects.
