I am a final-year B.S. Mechanical Engineering student at the Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences (PIEAS), with a strong interest in CAD design, 3D modeling, robotics, thermal-fluid systems, and practical product development. I enjoy turning rough ideas, sketches, and engineering concepts into clean, accurate, and manufacturable designs. My main skills include SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Ansys, MATLAB/Simulink, 3D CAD modeling, engineering calculations, structural analysis, CFD, and technical documentation. I focus on creating designs that are not only visually clear but also practical for real-world use, prototyping, and manufacturing. One of my key projects is the design and analysis of a 4-DOF robotic arm, where I worked on CAD modeling, kinematic modeling, stress analysis, and fabrication planning. I also have experience with Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), renewable energy configurations, heat exchanger analysis, and mechanical system design. Along with my academic background, I have hands-on internship experience at the PAEC, where I gained exposure to welding, inspection methods, and non-destructive testing. This helped me understand how engineering designs are connected to actual manufacturing processes and material limitations.
