Realizing the pre- and post- processing of complex Finite Element Models and analyzing the behavior of the BIW (body in white) subjected to different load cases, according to the type of calculation required: passive safety, endurance or NVH.
Analyzing the BIW behavior and proposing solutions to the problems encountered, in order to achieve the required performances.
Proposing solutions, drawing parts and iterating rapidly in order to improve different behaviors of the BIW.
Using specialized programs for each step of the process (such as ANSA or Hypermesh for pre-processing, PamCrash, Nastran, Abaqus for processing and MetaPost for post-processing)
Realizing and writing standardized calculation procedures or technical documentation. Training new employees, teaching at workshops.
Making correlations between tests and the Finite Element Calculations.
Supervising projects during the development phase and during their life.
