Sr.Program Manager responsible for the execution of the Blade Hypercar, the first 3D printed Hypercar in car History.
- Created and implemented a live hybrid bill of materials (e-BOM + p-BOM) across all departments involved in the Blade program (engineering, purchasing, program management, finance).
The objective was to consolidate the information relevant to the program (part numbers, timing, status, vendors, cost, inventory) in one single location to the whole team.
- Created a program health and status summary and reported on it to both Engineering and Executive Teams on a weekly basis.
- Identified required resources and worked with HR to hire associates to support the program at its different stages.
- Helped to plan weekly budget spend with the Finance Department based on engineering master budget and spend targets.
- Assisted Engineering and Purchasing Departments with suppliers management.
- Created an A-Class parts tracker to help execute the high-end finish requirement targets relevant to a Hypercar.
- Worked closely with every engineer on the team to identify and help resolve road blocks to keep the program going and achieve the very aggressive timing targets.

Acura NSX GT3:
Role: GT3 chassis development project leader.
Objectives: Improve chassis reliability and performance before the NSX racing debut.
Results: The NSX GT3 finished its first race ever, Daytona 24 hours, in the class top 5, with zero mechanical failures and lead its class for one third of the race in an extremely competitive field (25 cars including Ferrari, Porsche, Audi, Mercedes, Lamborghini). This car has and still have outstanding results and victories and is about to get the Acura name on top.
Acura Penske ARX-05 DPi:
Role: Support the CFD team to run aero surfaces iterations by creating Catia models based on aerodynamicists input.
Objectives: Create as many surfaces as necessary in an extremely limited amount of time to hit aeordynamic targets while staying true to the Acura brand styling.
Results: The Acura DPi proved to be a winning car at the track. Our aerodynamics (l/d, drag, df) and cooling targets were met and exceeded while the specific aggressive Acura looks demanded by the Acura styling studio was maintained.
INDYCAR 2016 AeroKit:
Role: Bodywork lead aerodynamics surfaces designer.
Objectives: Produce a new aerokit to catch up with 2015 season competitor aerokit.
Results: Created hundreds of concepts and body surface iterations to feed CFD and wind tunnel testing in a short period of time. Successfully produced a competitive aerokit to satisfy Indycar objectives.
Supported production engineering (composite components design supplied to all Honda teams).
TLX GT:
Role: Main body designer and stylist
Objectives: Create the race version of the production Acura TLX to compete in Pirelli World Challenge, GT class.
Results: Created a, publicly very well received, race bodykit of the TLX (still used in many advertising supports). Designed all the surfaces iterations to optimize the aero in CFD and wind tunnel testing, including internal airflow devices (ducting, cooling, underwing etc.)
