II.Injection Mold Supply Supply molds you request along with all the necessary technical documents which can assure a smooth running in your countries, including but not limited the following jobs. Feasibility assessment of mold pre-development, as well as cost assessment and control. Judgment of the workability of the part/mold design, and audit of suppliers, like mold maker and injection molding. Choose right material for your parts. Mold design and engineering. Mold flow and warp and cooling analysis. Analysis of tryouts problems and improvement/optimization of molds. Select proper mold maker to make the mold customers need. Hello, I am Diploma Mechanical Engineer. 3D Model Generation is my passion, I have rich experience of precision 3D model generation in NX Unigraphics, 2D to 3D/Paper to CAD. 3D Model Generation: I have made 3D models of aircraft structure parts from 2d to 3D, some are with the outer skin surfaces. This model is used to manufacture in VMC. Recently Made Double volute Pump Casing In NX Cad. Stage Model Generation: Production parts required stage models for operation wise process, raw material to finish part. I have rich experience in the generation of stage model and stage drawing for the production process. The parts which are manufactured from rectangle/square/round billet, are required method of manufacturing, Raw material size can be desided, part with lug generation.
