I am Manjunath from Bangalore Completed B.E Mechanical I have been working as a Design engineer from past 4 years, product design is passion so I made my passion as a profession I am proficient in New product Design & development and I developed the some new type of products. also I am doing Research & development on same I design product Related to automobiles, domestics, electronics etc. , also I am Well in Reverse engineering of product I can Reproduce and Re-design of any product & Design CADD model with help of STL(point cloud),I have good knowledge of working on Sheet metal& plastics products with manufacturing standards, have well experience and good knowledge of manufacturing process of product while designing of product with the account of DFM, DFA, DFSS,DFX, along with analysis, have a good knowledge of tooling & fixtures for for product& welding knowledge for fabrication and sheet metal parts and manufacturing knowledge of plastics products, I well in Quality standards like GD&T and Tolerance and stock up analysis, APQP,
good in material selections & cost and Weight reduction ,
bench marking of product,
what I designed product make our company profit trending in market, I am working in automobiles(BIW) ,exhaust System of engine , mufflers, and I awarded as Best Designer in my Company &college .I designed one Eco friendly product Reduce pollution in environment because these I recognize and awarded for that, I have patents on Digital silencer,
i worked in Vehicle Design, Vehicle Body Design (Interior& exterior) CAR, commercial & passenger vehicle Design.
I proficient in CADD software like, CATIA, SOLID WORKS, UNIGRAPHICS NX-12, AUTO CADD, for Reverse engineering DESIGN-X, Geomagic Qualify& Studio ,
