1. Design and development of Flywheel, Housing.
2. Design and analysis of Brackets used in Engines.
3.Tolerance stack-up analysis for Valve train assembly.
4. Concept Design for Full engine models
5.Modeling of various Canopy's using Sheet metal &engine assemblies as per customer requirement.

Have Well Exposure for Engineering Drawings, Prepare Bill of Material- New Product Development Cycle

I also have a good knowledge of CAD tools like, CREO ,CATIA V5, UG NX and SolidWorks.
I am well versed with product life management (PLM) tools like Windchill.

Have hands on experience with creating APQP, DFM and DFMEA

I have good knowledge of Analytical tools like POWER BI, MS Excel, Power point ,MATLAB and Basic knowledge of programming tool Python.
