  a. Scope was to install the latest ISX, C15, C13 & C9 Engines on all the vehicle models. In addition, based on the up gradation in engine due to the emissions norms: Engine mounting bracket, CAC pipes, Air cleaner mounting bracket, HVAC Routing, Fuel routing, Exhaust pipe, etc has to be designed.
  b. Design bracket for the engine-mounted air cleaner.
  c. Suction, Discharge & liquid line hoses were routed with best clamping location.
  d. CAC hot & cold pipe were designed for different combination of cooling module & engine.
  
  4. Project: SRX- ENGINE Modeling Project Client: Leading Truck Manufacturer Kenworth
  a. Scope was Modeling of Four cylinders 16 valve SRX engine according to DAF standards & generation of manufacturing of EPL drawings.
  b. Parametric model of Oil pan, Oil filter, CAC cold side casting & Rocker arm is created by extracting the details from the unparametric model
  c. Part and intermediate assembly drawings are created for manufacturing and inspection respectively.
  5. Working on Door trims, Instrument Panels, & Console for plastic Domain & for White goods.
