About
I am a Mechanical Product Design Engineer with deep expertise in electric vehicles, precision sheet-metal products, Plastic parts & assemblies and production ready mechanical design. I partner with startups and established manufacturers to translate concepts into robust, manufacturable, and scalable products.
My work spans advanced 3D CAD modeling, functional surfacing, assemblies, and rapid prototyping, using SolidWorks, CATIA, NX (Unigraphics), Fusion 360, Solid Edge. I design with a strong emphasis on manufacturability, tolerance control, material selection, and cost efficiency, ensuring smooth transition from design to production. while also taking care of the ideation & CMF.
I have contributed to two-wheeler and four-wheeler EV programs, including vehicle architecture development, battery pack packaging, swappable battery system integration, and prototype builds. My experience covers sheet metal, laser-cut components, 3d printing, vaccum casting, vaccum forming, cast and injection-molded parts, rubber components, and trim systems, supported by hands-on fabrication and vendor coordination.
My work has been recognized at an international level including contribution to a European Design Award–winning project, and I achieved the fastest promotion within 8 months at my previous organization through consistent technical delivery and problem ownership.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (2022) and bring a balanced approach of engineering rigor, practical manufacturing knowledge, and clear communication. Clients value my ability to solve complex design challenges, reduce iteration cycles, and deliver dependable, production-focused results.
