Hi, I am an industrial designer with extensive experience in CAD designing and developing products for various industrial needs. I specialize in creating 3D CAD models satisfying the client requirements as well as providing BOM details and the best manufacturing process suited for the product. I design the products to be DFM-compliant with the preferred manufacturing process, such as injection molding, vacuum forming, blow molding, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, 3D printing, etc. I will provide end-to-end support in product design right from ideation to development, optimizing the product to be DFM compliant for the preferred manufacturing process. I also perform finite element analysis (FEA) on the product to ensure its structural integrity. I'm flexible, collaborative, and an outside-the-box thinker. I have good working knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS, and KeyShot. I am proficient in part/3D modeling, surface modeling, injection mold design, sheet metal, weldments, and assembly.

Drafting of Sheet metal, Structural, Detailed, Assembly drawings & Exposure 2D to 3D Modeling by using AutoCAD & ProgeCAD. Prepare the Quotations, Work order/Competition reports and schedules and other elements associated with in projects. Preparation of detailed manufacturing drawings & part list. Contact with clients, listen to customer needs, calculate bill of materials and prepare Quotation based on client design, specifications, materials, and equipment. Prepare and submit work completion report. Conduct vessel safety co-ordination committee meeting (VSSC) in daily with vessel master, chief-engineer/mate & project manager. Discuss various kind of safety procedures as per WSHC regulations & Mechanical activities with working team, vessel crews, person of in-charge. Apply (PTW) Hot-work permit, Work at height, confined space entry, Bunkering, scaffolding and various kind of permit system. Prepare Risk Assessment (RA & RM) and Bizesafe-3 reports, Conduct toolbox meetings. To draft accurate detailed drawings using company and other engineering standards. Prepare AutoCAD drawings from design information-based asper client specifications and in accordance with good industry practice. Familiar about Fabrication of all kinds of gas manifold ranging from panel, trailer, bunker, pallet, Block, stand manifolds etc. To check Incoming, Outgoing parts QC inspection. Conduct site visits, Clients and meetings when necessary to discuss details and collect field Measurements as needed. Work with engineering and production personnel to develop and maintain critical manufacturing process, design test fixture and documentation. Selection of materials, prepare and checking for various kind of drawings. Analyzed client’s problem to diagnose the cause & provide alternative best technical solutions. Analyzed customer’s problems provide alternative best technical solutions. Formulating & Eng. Calculations to derive the required dim. to accommodate the elevators. Create, Maintain and Publish QC Trend Analysis Report. Drafting & Design (2D & 3D) of Launch vehicle hardware’s using AutoCAD. Discuss with clients & Review Modifications of Various Engineering Drawings in CAD. Participate in design & developments of new products. Presenting isometric, technical, shop drawings & spot perspective to clients. Involved in realization of various projects like PSLV, GSLV Mk.-II &III. Performed drafting of general arrangements, Assy. & detailed drawing of components. Assist with Scientists for various separation system projects.
