About
👨💼 About Me
I'm a passionate freelance Mechanical Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering innovative mechanical systems and products. My core strength lies in transforming concepts into manufacturable products across various sectors — from industrial machines and drones to custom devices for automotive and agricultural needs. I specialize in providing end-to-end design solutions — CAD modeling, simulation, prototyping, and production support.
🛠️ Core Skills
CAD Tools: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Creo,
Simulation & Analysis: FEA (ANSYS), Thermal analysis
Prototyping: 3D Printing, CNC, Sheet Metal, Fabrication
Manufacturing Support: DFM, BOM, Vendor Coordination
Documentation: Technical Drawings, Assembly Guides, User Manuals
Project Management: Windchill, Team Center
📂 Project Highlights
🔹 Product Design – Industrial Machines & Automation
Designed custom Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) for food processing, furnace systems, and automated factory shutters.
Developed mechanical components, assemblies, and control integration with sensors and actuators.
Created manufacturing-ready drawings, BOMs, and supervised prototype builds.
🔹 Drone Design – From Concept to Production
Developed various UAV platforms:
VTOL Drones for long-range delivery
Agricultural Drones for pesticide spraying
Mapping Drones with GPS-based navigation
Complete mechanical design, structural analysis, motor & propeller integration, payload balancing, and enclosure design.
🔹 Automotive Product Engineering
Converted artistic/3D concepts into practical and manufacturable mechanical designs.
Designed fixtures, brackets, and enclosures suitable for high-volume automotive production.
Experience with plastic part design, sheet metal, and surface modeling.
📈 Clients & Industries Served
