I am a Mechanical CAD Designer specialized in SolidWorks, product development, prototyping, and design for manufacturing (DFM).

I have hands-on experience taking ideas from concept to physical production, including mechanical parts and assemblies, custom mechanisms, sheet metal components, technical drawings, reverse engineering, and functional prototypes.

My work combines CAD design with real manufacturing experience. I design with tolerances, assembly, material selection, manufacturing processes, and practical production constraints in mind.

My main services include:

Experience

Founder & Mechanical CAD Designer Soluciones3D · Self-employed Nov 2018 – Present 7 yrs 9 mos Buenos Aires, Argentina Design and development of custom 3D printers and mechanical systems, from initial concept and CAD modeling through assembly, testing, and final production.

I work primarily with SolidWorks for parametric part and assembly design, mechanical components, structures, technical drawings, and manufacturing preparation.

My experience includes the design and construction of custom large-format 3D printers, including a 1500 × 1000 × 500 mm heated-bed machine, as well as the development and testing of custom extrusion systems.

Universidad Nacional de Lanús (UNLa) Industrial Design – Undergraduate Studies (not completed), Industrial Design 2014 – 2017 Undergraduate studies in Industrial Design focused on product development, technical design, manufacturing processes, materials, ergonomics, and 3D modeling. Completed approximately three years of coursework.
Escuela Técnica Manuel Belgrano Mechanical Technician, Mechanical Engineering Technology 1992 – 1998 Technical secondary education in mechanics, including mechanical systems, technical drawing, materials, manufacturing processes, machining, workshop practices, and fundamentals of machine design.

Other experience

CAD Instructor – SolidWorks, CATIA & Autodesk Inventor Experience teaching CAD software, including SolidWorks, CATIA, and Autodesk Inventor.

Training focused on 3D parametric modeling, mechanical parts and assemblies, technical drawings, design methodology, and practical CAD workflows for product and mechanical design.
