In SolidWorks and Catia V5, I am specialized in solid modeling, assembly, sheet metal and surface modeling, as well as creating technical drawings.

Project Overview: This project involves the design and development of a Combat UAV (C-UAV) tailored for the TEKNOFEST competition. The primary focus was on "Design for Manufacturing" (DfM), where every component was engineered alongside its production strategy to ensure efficiency, durability, and performance.

My Responsibilities & Achievements:
Manufacturing Strategy: Defined and optimized the entire production workflow, ensuring the CAD models were perfectly suited for the intended manufacturing methods (e.g., composite molding, CNC, or additive manufacturing).
Modular Engineering: To enhance transportability and field assembly, I developed a modular architecture allowing the wings, tail, and fuselage to be separated and reassembled quickly.
Structural Design: Balanced the 8 kg takeoff weight with aerodynamic requirements to achieve a high-efficiency 50-minute autonomous flight time.
