I’ve worked across the automotive, railway, and aerospace industries, delivering production-ready CAD models, assemblies, and detailed drawings. My work has contributed to projects for leading global clients including Chrysler, Honda, Maserati, Chevrolet, Peugeot, Alstom, and Safran.

As a Design & Release Engineer on the Honda Cruise A100 program, I was responsible for the complete design and release cycle of casted and sheet metal components, including camera and sensor mounts, as well as electric motor support brackets.
🔄 Key Responsibilities:
• Input Analysis & Technical Benchmarking
• Reviewed master sections, packaging data, and functional interfaces to define design constraints
• Conducted tolerance stack-up analysis and interface verification with adjacent parts (trim, structure, electronics)
• Concept & Detailed Design
• Created robust 3D models of casted brackets, sheet metal reinforcements, and mounting structures using CATIA V5
• Integrated design of camera and sensor mounts, considering vibration isolation, FOV (field of view), and thermal constraints
• Designed motor supports, ensuring load path optimization and manufacturing feasibility
• Design for Manufacturability (DFM) & Validation
• Applied DFM guidelines for casting and sheet metal (min. draft angles, ribbing, die accessibility, bend radii, etc.)
• Collaborated with manufacturing and supplier teams for feasibility checks and cost optimization
• Performed design reviews with CAE and systems engineering teams
• 2D Drawings & Final Release
• Generated detailed 2D drawings, including material specifications, thicknesses, tolerances, and surface finishes
• Released complete 3D/2D CAD packages into the PLM system for tooling and production
• Managed engineering change requests (ECRs) and updates through the release process
