Professional with over 19 years experience in the automobile field mostly focused on the design of interior and exterior components ranging from dashboard, pillars, roof and door panel trims to exterior part groups (front / rear end / hang-on parts), covering all kinds of kinematic and structural parts with expertise built especially upon the development of dashboard components and Plugin Systems (charging port interfaces for electric vehicles), dealing with customers such as MAN, IVECO, DAIMLER, AUDI, VW, FORD, RENAULT, CHEVROLET, BMW, VOLVO as well as a few newcomers from the electric mobility sector and start-ups.
During each step of development, I can offer an in-depth analysis of styling, manufacture, and assembly feasibility of parts by aid of CAD-CAE-related tools aiming to offer always the best cost-effective design and solutions from scratch to serial production based on different manufacturing technologies with solid management of suppliers and team coordination.
In the last 19 years I could experience all kinds of design / simulation challenges within the major Catia V5 modules that have granted me the ability today to always get the best approach on the creation of any virtual product in the most time-effective, automated and professional way according to each OEM standards.
I support also start-ups on the humanoid robotic development and rapid prototyping built in expertise on design fir laser engraver machines and 3d printing technology.

- Concept Designer EDAG · Full-time May 2007 – Present 18 yrs 8 mos Germany concept and development of plastic (injection molding / thermoforming, RTM, vacuum casting) and sheet metal components for INTERIOR / EXTERIOR of vehicles.
