I work as a freelance Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in the design and development of mechanical systems, machines, and industrial mechanisms using professional CAD tools. My work focuses on creating functional mechanical assemblies, machine components, and complete mechanical systems that are optimized for real-world manufacturing. I develop designs that integrate engineering principles with practical fabrication methods, ensuring that the final models can be efficiently manufactured and assembled. I have experience designing a wide range of mechanical solutions including transmission systems, gear mechanisms, structural components, mechanical linkages, energy systems, and custom machines. My workflow includes the development of 3D models, full assemblies, engineering drawings, and visualization renders used for design validation and project presentation. In my design process I consider manufacturing constraints and production techniques such as CNC machining, turning, milling, welding, oxy-fuel cutting, and composite fabrication.
