Description:
Convert a 2D, basic floor plan of spa/health facility into a 3D floor plan of spa/health facility. The project will require some creative adjustments to accentuate the look and feel of the facility to align with a spa-like environment. The addition of furniture items typical to spa/health settings will be required. This is a concept project and dimensions may change in the future as the project develops. The final objective/goal is a 3D model that can be used to confirm final dimensions, details, and other information with a larger stakeholder group as the project develops to a final stage of execution.
Wants:
A 3D model representing similar criteria to the basic floor plan and design elements outlined in the attached PDF document. The objective is to offer/develop a 3D representation of the proposed facility and allow for additional discussion/review within a larger stakeholder group. The realism and quality of the final 3D model of the floor plan is the primary criteria for the project.
Software:
  1. SolidWorks
Additional Information
Looking for. dwg files that can be used to print, view, and work/build off in the future. SolidWorks is not a mandatory software requirement.

I have submitted the 3D floorplan (entry ) which was made with Autodesk Revit.
Revit files can easily be exported and used for 3D printers. If you would like, I can convert and fix the file so that it is ready to be 3D printed.
I work with a 3D printer at my full-time job and I am experienced in converting and fixing 3D files to be properly 3D printed.
Let me know!

Thank you!

I would like to print the floor plan at a 3D printer to demonstrate the project to stakeholders. Files that easily transfer for this application are preferred.

The Height is 12 Ft. of minimum is that a height is from finish floor line to ceiling. How about the drop ceiling if we have. Or its depend of the designer.

thanks!

The floor plan is 1 level, everything is on the same level. The pools are elevated in each room/suite and each pool has stairs to access the water area. The ceiling height is a minimum of 12 ft.

Hello,

Can you please provide the heights of the walls and stairs (what is the reception floor level and the upper floor level). Also, what are the dimensions of the change rooms?

Thank you!

In the floor plan, behind the reception desk, there are steps up into the hall? So there would also be steps down into the locker rooms from the hall? From the entry the locker rooms would be level.

Hello! I can create the model in Onshape (from which I can export files that can be imported into SolidWorks), work on a rendering in Lagoa, and if it is ever wanted I can create STL files to send to a 3D Printing company with which I collaborate, if you wanted a physical replica to display for review. So my 3D model would be "scaled" to fit on a desktop

Cheers!.

Hello,
Can you please tell me in what formats do you wish to have the models delivered? Is it mandatory to be in a SolidWorks file?
Thank you!
Best regards, Alex O.

Dwarven Forge Bracelet
A bracelet design to complement our long standing line of Dungeons and Dragons/fantasy rpg terrain. Please view our website -- dwarvenforge.com -- to develop a sense for our product. You can also look at our recent Kickstarter campaign -- http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1745470388/1826778276?token=2a7841d2 (see "Game Tiles" on kickstarter.com). I'd start with a bangle, probably with one main charm, a small crystal and a small charm with our logo -- kind of like "Alex & Ani" level of complexity, but for gamers. The main charm should probably be metal. The bracelets are for women, gamers or partners of gamers.
Solidworks Car model
I am looking for someone to model in solidworks a replica of a car already on the market. I like super cars and classic cars! The file needs to be somewhat editable in solidworks and renderable in keyshot. The contest is quite open ended, the more detail the better.
Hinge for mailbox
We are designing a thick gauge aluminum mailbox (0.080” aluminum (2024 or similar) front and back; ¼” (6061 or similar) lid). We are having problems finding an off-the-shelf hinge for the lid that meets our evaluation criteria (below). Lid is a thick, flat piece of aluminum, no bends. Final product will be powder-coated.
Motion sensor
This project is to design the housing for a motion detector for commercial office buildings. it should be approximately 2.5-3.0 inch circle and the body should be no more than 1.0 inch thick. the circle can be bigger if the edges sweep out to with a nice curve back to the ceiling surface. it will mount to a standard t-bar ceiling grid. (the kind of ceiling with the drop in tiles) it should mount in the corner of a light fixture with a portion of the "top" or up facing side exposed to the light fixture. and have a window on the top that looks up at the light... (for a light sensor) the window shall be rectangle and dimensions are: 33.0×10.8mm. the face which points to the room shall have a PIR lens (like this one http://www.jvs.de/Carclo_Fresnel/Drawings/PF68_12076_Drawing.pdf i'd like to receive drawings that are 3d printer ready. ease of mass production and tooling should be considered. drawings should also be open for editing by our team. Our team will add the holders, screws, clips, etc for the Electronics inside. the mounting method could be a small piece of spring steel or plastic. Exercise Equipment Storage Solutions
We have a number of products which are sold to commercial gyms. They desire storage solutions for these items that take up minimal footprint int he building but maximize storage. I have attached a file with photos of existing storage solutions on the market and also the type of items we need to store in the gyms. We want the units to be modular so they can expand for more equipment as needed. We want the units to be multifunctional storing more than one type of equipment if possible.
