Gaining expertise in managing multi-discipline projects with complex coordination between the owner(s), design team, and construction teams. In addition, my time is shared with leading design efforts for the Mechanical aspects of projects, such as the HVAC systems and Process utilities for unique projects such as, filling suites, compounding areas, solution prep areas, lyophilizer installations, modular cleanroom suites, packaging rooms, temperature-controlled warehouses, aseptic cleanrooms and gowning suites.

As a CAD-LAN technician my role is working with licensed professional architects and engineers on designs of campus buildings and construction projects. I am also responsible for keeping the AUTO CAD files of university buildings current. My position requires me to go out on site visits, field verify the layouts of rooms and others structures and digitize the changes. This past year, I have reviewed the entire database of campus buildings and created a common AUTO CAD layout. I also assisted the KU Fire Marshal in updating Building Emergency Evacuation Plans for campus buildings.
