During the last 8 years I've been working as a design engineer at several plants and had private practice. The main area of my work is handling machinery and industrial equipment. Among the others are overhead cranes, jib cranes, handling devices, gear boxes, fluid power systems, strength calculations etc.
I'm an experienced SolidWorks user, additionally working in AutoCAD 2D and Compass 2D. Strength calculations are performed either manually or using FEM applications such as SW Simulation and Ansys.
I'm seeking for new projects in the scope of material handling, industrial equipment; open for new areas in mechanical design.
