The reactor is still operating and providing data for composite recycling research to this day. I have over 10 years of 3D modeling experience. I have worked on highly complex projects that made use of thermal and stress analysis. I have experience with solidworks, creo, inventor, NX, autocad, ansys, etc. I work on embedded electronics and have some knowledge of electrical safety and considerations to implement in my designs. I also keep in mind designing for manufacturability. I currently work on a lot of complex sheet metal designs creating high power power supplies mainly for the semiconductor industry.

Upon graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno in the spring of 2006, I had already completed a 2 year internship at International Game Technology to which I started a full time position. I continued to work in the Electronic Game Machine industry for a total of almost 16 years. Prior to working as an engineer for IGT, I acquired an additional 3 years of machine shop and fabrication experience from MTG, Inc in Carson City, NV. To date, I have designed, developed, and tested most aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery. Have applied knowledge of engineering principles to design various other products such as test instruments and controls for internal use. Have been heavily involved in fabrication, operation, installation, and the field repair of electro-mechanical products. To date, I hold patents in the EGM field for reel basket attachment techniques. I am familiar with a large variety of the fields’ concepts, practices, and procedures.
