My education and early professional career gave me the vital tools for mechanical product design: sound CAD modeling and drawing practices, design for manufacturability, comparing quotes, sourcing and vetting manufacturers, and using a top-down design approach to create solutions which fulfill their performance, space, and cost requirements.
