I am a Mechanical Design Engineer with 4+ years of experience specialising in food processing machinery — poultry, fish, and meat processing lines, conveyor systems, grading machines, and weighing lines. My core strength is zero-reference machine design: I have designed complete production machines entirely from video analysis and open-source data, with no manufacturer documentation. Two of these machines — a Scale Descaling Machine and a Target Batcher System — are currently in active production use. Beyond machine design, I build engineering systems. At my current company, I implemented Autodesk Vault from scratch, standardised 90% of equipment designs, and developed iLogic automations for single-click DXF generation and laser cutting data output — closing the loop between design, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality. I am currently developing a BOM Automation Web Tool independently — a web-based engineering productivity platform targeting the food processing machinery industry.
