• Mechanical Design Engineer Arde Makine · Full-time Feb 2023 – Present 3 yrs 3 mos Bursa, Bursa, Türkiye Arde Makine is a manufacturer of stainless steel hygienic food processing machinery, producing equipment for poultry, fish, and meat processing lines — including conveyor systems, grading machines, weighing lines, and packaging systems.
  In this role, I operate across three levels: machine design, system development, and engineering infrastructure.
  Machine Design
  Designed complete food processing machines from scratch using video analysis and open-source references — with no manufacturer data or existing drawings. Projects include a Scale Descaling Machine (eliminated manual labour entirely), a Target Batcher System (14 load cells, currently in active production), and an ongoing Weighing & Processing Line.
  Processing Lines
  Actively involved in complete fish processing facility design — from live fish intake to final product — covering dewatering units, gutting systems, head-cutting machines, grading systems, weighing bridges, and full factory layout planning. Delivered individually and ahead of schedule.
  Engineering Infrastructure
  Implemented Autodesk Vault from zero (version control, authorisation architecture, project archive). Standardised 90% of equipment designs within 2 years. Developed iLogic automations for single-click DXF generation and laser cutting output — integrating design, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality into a single closed system.
• Mechanical Design Engineer Burçelik · Full-time Oct 2021 – Jan 2023 1 yrs 3 mos Bursa, Bursa, Türkiye I designed production fixtures and custom machinery from the ground up using Autodesk Inventor, improving technical drawings by actively incorporating feedback from the production floor. Leveraging my prior experience, I contributed to optimizing internal workflow processes while preparing production-ready technical documentation and detailed 3D/2D models that supported smooth manufacturing execution.
