Previously, at a marine technology startup, I drove the R&D and mechanical design for innovative projects, including a magnetic adhesion crawler for hull inspection and unmanned aerial systems. My foundation in precision manufacturing is built upon direct experience in a sheet metal fabrication environment. I am highly proficient in sheet metal design, accounting for bend allowances and manufacturing constraints. I gained invaluable hands-on experience programming and operating CNC machinery, including laser cutters, plasma cutters, and press brakes, using software like FastCAM for nesting and G-code generation. This practical knowledge ensures my designs are optimized for real-world fabrication. I began my career in production engineering, where I managed assembly lines, optimized workflows, and supervised manpower. This experience provided a critical understanding of lean manufacturing principles, production bottlenecks, and the importance of designing for efficient assembly. This unique synergy of design innovation in high-tech robotics and grounded experience in production and fabrication allows me to effectively bridge the gap between R&D and manufacturing. I am adept at creating sophisticated, reliable mechanical designs that are not only functionally excellent but also cost-effective and optimized for production.also i have worked as a freelancer in many mechanical projects that include (freezer cabinets for medical purpose, aluminium casing for light industry, jig and clamp for bottle company, tap and shower design for a company, and laser and co2 machine for cnc manufacturer.
