    At BaseApp Systems, I work in the AffBotics Department, which specializes in developing affordable robotic platforms and automation systems. My role primarily focuses on the mechanical design, research and development, simulation, manufacturing, and assembly of robots and intelligent mechatronic devices.

    I contribute to the end-to-end product development cycle — starting from concept design, CAD modeling, and kinematic analysis, to finite element simulations (FEA), prototype manufacturing, and final system integration.
    Our department designs various categories of robots including AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) and AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots), each tailored with custom payload capacities, drive mechanisms, and suspension systems. These platforms are engineered for industrial, research, and service applications, focusing on maneuverability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

    In addition to mobile robots, I have worked on developing telepresence robots, 3D-printed prototype bots, desktop robotic systems, and multiple mechanical IoT devices that combine sensors, actuators, and embedded control systems.

    My work involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical design with electronics, control systems, and software, ensuring seamless operation of our robotic systems. I also participate in continuous design optimization, testing, and documentation to improve product performance and manufacturability.
