I am a Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong background in CAD modeling, engineering simulation, and robotics system development. I specialize in creating manufacturing-ready 3D models, performing FEA-based structural and thermal analysis, and optimizing designs for performance, weight, and reliability. I hold a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Calicut and have hands-on experience with SolidWorks, ANSYS, Abaqus, and Autodesk Fusion 360. My work includes mechanical design and simulation for robotics systems, topology-optimized components for additive manufacturing, and precision mechanical parts validated through numerical and experimental methods.
