Description:
I’m developing a high-end custom watch case to house the ETA 2895-2 automatic movement.The case should blend modern tool-watch strength with refined luxury finishing—featuring a crown-guard lever inspired by Panerai yet with a distinct and original geometry.
REQUIREMENTS
• Outer diameter (without crown guard): ~42 mm
• Width including crown guard: ~47 mm
• Lug-to-lug length: ~48.5 mm
• Overall thickness: ~11.5 mm (including sapphire front and exhibition caseback)
• Lug width: 22 mm
• Crown-guard dimensions: ~23.5 mm bridge length, ~14 mm width, ~3 mm protrusion
• Material: 316L stainless steel (option for 904L)
• Front crystal: Sapphire (flat or slightly domed), ~1.2 mm, AR-coated
• Caseback: Sapphire exhibition, screw-down, ~1.0 mm
• Water resistance: minimum 50 m
• Movement ring/spacer: for ETA 2895-2
Deliverables:
• 3D CAD model of the complete case (STEP / IGES / STL)
• Model must ensure proper fit for the ETA 2895-2 movement
• Dial + hands seat dimensions included
• Optional render or screenshot previews
Two case finishes are requested:
1. Polished metallic version
2. Brushed steel version
Attached references include the visual renders and dimensional sketch.
For the Dial
General Specifications:
• Diameter: 29.0–29.5 mm
• Thickness: 0.4–0.5 mm (brass base with engine-turned guilloché, lacquer/enamel finish)
• Layout: Central hours & minutes; small seconds at 6 o’clock (~10 mm subdial integrated into guilloché pattern)
• Feet: ETA 2895-2 standard positions (~2:30 & 8:30)
• Indices: Applied spheres or batons (rhodium/polished steel)
• Hands: Dauphine or leaf, compatible with blued and polished steel hands
• Logo/Text: “YT” logo under 12 o’clock; optional “AUTOMATIC” above 6 o’clock
Dial A – Silver
• Guilloché wave pattern, silver/white finish
• Rhodium indices
• Blued dauphine/leaf hands
Dial B – Green
• Guilloché wave pattern, deep green enamel finish
• Rhodium indices
• Polished steel dauphine/leaf hands
Deliverables:
• 3D CAD models (STEP / IGES / STL) ready for dial manufacturing
• Accurate feet placement for ETA 2895-2
• Clean guilloché surface geometry
• Optional render previews of each dial color
Reference visuals (attached):

2 – Green dial mock-up

• Files that cannot be manufactured
For Dial:
• Flat 2D drawings or Photoshop visuals only
• Unrealistic conceptual dials with no manufacturable geometry
• Incorrect feet placement or movement spacing

Please include one preview render or screenshot showing the model from front and side before final file delivery.
Software:
- SolidWorks 2021 or later / Fusion 360 / Rhinoceros (Any version able to export STEP (.stp) or IGES (.igs))

Bottle Boxer
We currently box 6 little bottles by hand and would like to automate the procedure. We box 3000 gift pack a day.
Our current procedure is: We lay down 300 open boxes on a table and put each bottle one at the time inside the box. We would like to automate this process.
Currently, the bottles are just put in bins and we grab them by hand. Or we can have them nicely standing up in a custom made bins that are open at the front.
Notify: Multi-Purpose Sensor Design
Notify is an intelligent multi-purpose sensor that determines occupancy and activity in an environment. Notify's target audience is home owners so the device must be both functional and elegant. Notify uses deep learning on data streams from over 12 different sensors in order to determine occupancy and classify activities in a given environment. The aim of this contest is to develop a robust enclosure design for Notify that satisfies the requirements listed below. Pictures of the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) are attached below and include both front and back views with annotations indicating each sensors location. The PCB is 60 mm long and 50 mm wide, so the design should accommodate that size.

SuperSuv to be hand built for personal use
Off/On Road Super SUV, 3 seater Central driving position like a Mclaren. Rear engined, removable roof which when not in use goes over engine bay. 26 inch rims. Very clean lines. Will use donor lights (pictures included in files). Car must be dramatic with very clean simple lines. Interior must be very simple and clean lines.
I have uploaded many files for inspiration. Countach for rear. Corvette for door treatment. White lotus for air vents. Diablo for roof and body lines.
