Description:
we are looking to design a casing that will hold a BLE chip and NFC tag the product will be adhered to or clamped onto the likes of entrances to malls, bus stops , inside of taxi cabs, on board trains and buses and adhered to ATM machines.
Wants:
we are looking for a striking design that will draw people to the device. clear channel currently have a concept here www.clearchannel.ie/products/Connect-Mobile-Platform this does not have a BLE chip inside but does have NFC and QR. This is a perfect example of a product that is durable and cannot be tampered with easily such as being pulled off or stolen
I want to have the files sent to me so that we can print here at a local 3d printers so all the files i need to do this are required
The device will need to accessible at the back , front or side so that battery can be changed in BLE chip (it is a coin battery)

* I would like to get a concept ready without the integration of the BLE chip, this means that i want our designer to design an updated version of the clear channel concept www.clearchannel.ie/products/Connect-Mobile-PlatformIt doesn't have to be the same shape all it needs to have is:
1. an NFC tap here
2. a qr code with "add to apple passbook & "add to google wallet icons
3. the centre piece to allow people read about what this device will do for them
Lets get this done today , i want and need to print off a demo of the design

The dimensions for the ble chip are 30,5 x 30,5 x 10,2 mm
there may also be an opportunity to incorporate a small solar panel on front to power the 3v BLE chip for the outdoor unit

Material will be PLA and file should be an .stl file

i am open to either, but we need to remember it will need to be opened to change the batteries each few months
How you are going to adhere it ? Screw or gum ?
Will be printing final job on a Cubify 381000 2nd Generation Cube 3D Printer so please ensure files are created for the formats this printer uses
The ble chip is 2 inch x 2 inch square and 1 inch in thickness so it's not the size of a SIM card but of course could be slid in like a SIM card
Yes for the casing which will incorporate the BLE chip and battery the NFC chip , the front facing panel will need to have color print showing the different call to actions

The most important thing for this product is how it is going to be adhered to a fixed object. If you think about this being fixed to a bus stop or an ATM machine it needs to be clear to a passer by that may want to break it or steal it that it is futile.
There will also be situations where this product will be inside , such as inside an Uber cab or on board a bus or train so think about both scenarios .
It may also be good to think about landscape and portrait versions.

SuperSuv to be hand built for personal use
Off/On Road Super SUV, 3 seater Central driving position like a Mclaren. Rear engined, removable roof which when not in use goes over engine bay. 26 inch rims. Very clean lines. Will use donor lights (pictures included in files). Car must be dramatic with very clean simple lines. Interior must be very simple and clean lines.
I have uploaded many files for inspiration. Countach for rear. Corvette for door treatment. White lotus for air vents. Diablo for roof and body lines.
3D Modeling and Roof Design

Material can be a mix of stucco, board and batten, limit the use of stone as the home is budget conscious.
Feel free to be creative. You do not need to use the existing material etc.
KLEIN 2-Way Radio
This is a small desktop 2-way radio. Instead of having it on your hip, or a big bulky dispatch radio, this is the size of a portable radio in a desktop box.
Bas Relief Panels
Create bas relief panel models to be CNC routed from MDF sheet. I will provide exact panel dimensions, sketches of the design and images to be modeled. Photos of similar examples attached.
Hydro-cooler bath CONVEYOR project
Project is to design a conveyor system to transfer a range a products into a hydro-cooling bath, and then transfer the product through the bath and out the other end.
Attached is a some more notes of the project and images of the products.
The contents of the Pails and Bladder is hot Jams and Sources etc.
Currently we don't know the thickness of the bladders when fill of the products but we can find this out once we have awarded the project.
The attached files are only ideas from our customer, they would prefer to have the maximum time of immersion in the bath. Max floor space available is 8m, so as close to 8m of immersion would be ideal.
Someone that has done work with Hydro-cooling bath conveying or works for a company that builds this type of equipment will be a great help.
