My work spans precision product design, reverse engineering, mechanical assemblies, and FDM-optimized 3D printing. I've designed custom watch cases to ETA movement tolerances, reconstructed complete mechanical assemblies from patent drawings, developed consumer products from concept through manufacturing-ready documentation, and designed functional enclosures with IP ingress protection considerations built in from the start.
I work in Fusion 360 and SOLIDWORKS and design with DFM as a first-class requirement — not an afterthought. Whether a part is going to a 3D printer, CNC machine, or injection mold, those are different design problems and I treat them differently.

The work included motor mounts, structural frames, and supporting parts, with a focus on accurate motor alignment, structural rigidity, and seamless integration with electronic components.
The design process considered assembly logic, vibration, space constraints, and manufacturability for 3D printing, resulting in an assembly-ready CAD model set suitable for functional prototyping.
