I build mechanical products beyond the CAD screen.
I work at the intersection of mechanical design, product development, engineering analysis and physical prototyping — turning engineering problems into hardware that can be manufactured, tested and refined.
My experience spans industrial systems, railway safety, medical & assistive technology, machinery and R&D applications, giving me exposure to the complete product-development cycle:
Problem → Concept → Design → Analysis → Prototype → Test → Refine
My core engineering capabilities include:
1. Mechanical & Product Design: 3D CAD modelling, mechanism design, assemblies, engineering drawings, and design optimization.
2. Engineering Analysis: FEA, structural analysis, design validation, and engineering-based material and component selection.
3. Manufacturing & Prototyping: DFM/DFA, machining, fabrication, sheet-metal development, additive manufacturing, reverse engineering, and prototype development.

A significant part of my experience comes from working on real engineering systems rather than isolated CAD exercises — where manufacturability, cost, material selection, tolerances, fabrication constraints and functional performance all have to work together.
I have contributed to projects involving Southern Railway – Thiruvananthapuram Division and SCTIMST, including railway safety systems, assistive mobility technology, medical equipment, and industrial engineering solutions.
Alongside my engineering career, I have also been involved in building Hesper Tech Pvt Ltd, an engineering product-development venture, where I have worked across mechanical design, R&D, prototyping, technical documentation, and multidisciplinary engineering projects.
I am particularly interested in engineering challenges where the objective is not simply to create a good CAD model, but to develop a solution that works in the real world.
