Description:
I need a CAD file for a pair of gears to meet at a 40 degree angle. The outside diameter should be about 30mm with a shaft hole 10mm. the teeth should be coarse like maybe 10-15 total.
Wants:
I want the file in STL format and STEP

Excellent work gents. Trouble is for some reason my image was not available to you. The angle is the opposite of what you have drawn. The power flow turns from one shaft to the other by 40 degrees total. The drawing will make it clearer.


Update, I still can't see my attachments so I assume you can't either. Imagine a compass, if the power is coming into the gear set from the south, I want it to flow out to the north-west 40
degrees west of north.

Simple straight gears are fine. No fancy helixes etc. Simple simple, moldable, no undercuts

Made using miter gear specification in nx 11 with nx gear tool kit ,shaft angle 40 degree and shaft hole 10 mm as per your specification.If any changes require let me know.

I am looking to design wellington boots for my 2 grandchildren that are disabled. They both wear splints so the splints have to fit into the shoe plus a pair of socks.
