Description:
Need to design under the sink garbage disposal unit. There are lot of garbage disposals made with a purpose of kitchen waste disposal. The envelope size will be around 6 inches in diameter and about 8-10 inches long. The unit will utilize 1/3 or 1/2 HP motor.

#2 Garburator Concept Design by Decker
I have modelled a concept layout for a garburator today. It is missing a motor, which would be I think a purchased OEM part along with the mounting hardware for the sink. Note I can design or find these parts too just need more time. Attached is a rendering along with a quick assembly drawing showing basic dimensions. This one is actually drawn today by me.

I`m also requesting you to submit a detailed technical sheet with complete dimensions for your purpose. I don`t really get what you expect to do from a low res picture. There are lots of designers who can model something like that, but please give us details, dimensions etc.

Decker are you going to tell the buyer that your submission is an image off of the internet and not anything you created ?

Catalin: I am not expecting you to design everything from scratch. I want to see if someone has done something similar for someone else. I will be open to other softwares as well bit will have to see what kind of entries I get. BTW Thanks for your interest in the contest.

First off all Mister Dipesh, if you want a good quality product (because you are asking for manufacturing drawings) you need to give us more information like sink inlet dimension, sewer dimensions, motor dimensions, in inch or in mm? including a very important thing...the shaft of the motor and many more. Based on the information's you offered the best thing that anyone can do is to paint a very nice garbage disposal but hard to manufacture or just copy an existing one. And also you should accept other types of software like Autocad, Solidworks ...including iges and step files.

Industrial Design of a Hand Pulse Detector
We are looking for a industrial design (outlook) of a hand pulse detector. This device will consist of the following. 1) Two metal plates on the device that will come in contact with hand when grip on it. This will form a closed circuit between the plates and thereby detect the electrical pulse from the hand (refer to attached for the existing device). Ideally the area of each contact surface of the metal plate should be more than 2000 square mm. 2) A micro USB port for charging the battery. 3) Power Indicator 4) ON/OFF switch. Internal design of the device is not necessary but must cater enough room to house the below 1) 1500 square mm X 1mm (thickness) PCB 2) 750 square mm X 4mm(thickness) battery. The design shall be in 3D CAD.
Faith Based Jewelry_1_Christianity
We are a start up launching a line of jewelry based on faith/religion. We are looking to launch with a number of necklaces and bracelets so we are looking for highly innovative designs for pendants and bracelet charms which signify faith based meaning. We want our jewelry line to be worn everyday (not just on occasions) as a charm so that one is never without the blessings of one's faith. We want it to be an essential companion to a user, through thick and thin, to give them the reassurance that one is never alone. We expect: 2 designs for necklace pendants 2 designs for the bracelet charms The designs should be made for metal (sterling silver).
The ROBERT project
We would like a fresh set of eyes on our device ROBERT, a rehabilitation robot that release healthcare workers of heavy and continuous lifting which can cause physical strain and pain in the back, loin, wrists and shoulders. We aim to optimise rehabilitation through more frequently and prolonged exercises which can result in fewer complications and a faster retrieval of a patient’s strength. See more at www.myrobert.com. The current look is a mixture of many components comming together which does not result in a uniform design. Further we whish to incorporate a new robot arm, made by the company KUKA, the LBR iiwa version, https://www.kuka.com/en-de/products/robot-systems/industrial-robots/lbr-iiwa. This will later come in a MEDtech version, similar in use but in white and with a small change to the interface base. CAD data of the industrial version can be used for this design, change is that wiring will come out of the bottom of the medtech version and not the sides like the industrial version, so completely round in base instead of the small square thing on the side of the industrial version (so no visible wires).
