Description:
I am building a new home and require innovative interior architectural design options ( kitchen, family room, living room and powder room) that will accommodate an exterior elevation that is already defined. One of the most important aspects to this assignment is the location of the interior foyer relative to the location of stairs that go up to the 2nd floor and down to the basement. The desired design of the foyer is to be defined in terms of its presence but not in a manner that it takes away from the interior space in a significant manner. Once a 1st floor layout is approved, the need to prepare a modern and eye catching interior design (with furniture, crown holding, tray ceilings, wainscotting, etc. ) with photo like renderings will be required. I have attached the exterior elevation (which is reversed to the actual location of the garage) but it provides a sense of the foyer location. I have also provided a PDF of the ground floor footprint that we have to work with. The dimensions of the foot print is fixed. This ground floor plan design is not the optimal in terms of the foyer so we are looking for innovative designs that will fit within the plan dimensions and our needs..
Wants:
Design details, colours, image and aesthetics and 3d image renderings is required.
Don't Wants:
I don't want a 1st floor design that positions the stairs in front of the foyer. Ideally we want a design that tucks the stairs behind the single car garage or to the side of the home. Powder room is not to be located near the kitchen nor the front entrance.
Ask for Sample:
A sample of the designers "thinking" for the 1st floor would be ideal. This would lead us to work together and progress in incremental steps.
Software:
- PDF and DWG for Mac

Discussion
Please disregard the previous question. I misread description. It would appear as though stairs can move.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Is the only portion of the layout that is set the exterior elevation? Is there any objection to moving stairs, etc around? Is there something at the 2nd floor that prevents this?
Thanks,
Jerry

Thank you..zyrone i am looking for examples of how you would re-design the ground floor to suit my needs..in particular the front foyer design..a rough sketch is fine. can you provide please.
Thanks
Thanks
I have sent some samples of my work.,
can you send me samples of your work as it relates to the interior architectual configuration? the specifics of the interior design will be a secondary requirement once we have the space properly configured with entry way, kitchen, powder room, etc.
Please attach some reference images for what types of interior design you would like for this project. I am a interior design engineer capable of this kind of projects. Please take a look at my portfolio for your reference.
Prepaid please

Industrial Design of a Hand Pulse Detector
We are looking for a industrial design (outlook) of a hand pulse detector. This device will consist of the following.
1) Two metal plates on the device that will come in contact with hand when grip on it. This will form a closed circuit between the plates and thereby detect the electrical pulse from the hand (refer to attached for the existing device). Ideally the area of each contact surface of the metal plate should be more than 2000 square mm.
2) A micro USB port for charging the battery.
3) Power Indicator
4) ON/OFF switch.
Internal design of the device is not necessary but must cater enough room to house the below
1) 1500 square mm X 1mm (thickness) PCB
2) 750 square mm X 4mm(thickness) battery.
The design shall be in 3D CAD.
iPhone/Android Accessory Design Enhancement
This consumer product is an accessory that provides enhanced usability to mobile phones and tablets.
The latest design of our "Band" is two parts:
1. Round Base that attaches to the back of the phone (made from a low-friction polymer like polyethylene)
2. A "band" that overlaps with the Round Base (1) and rotates/spins around it. (made from polyethylene over-molded with rubber to provide elasticity to the top band part)
The rubber part of the band elongates so that an individual's finger can be placed underneath the band and above the base. The elasticity part is important so it can accommodate different finger sizes.
The product allows users to hold the phone more securely.
Our current challenge is the design of the "Band" (2). This is where we need the help.
As shown in the attached STL file for the Band, there are two circles on either side of the flap that holds the finger down. These circle were put there to provide some added elasticity to the rubber piece.
While it does functionally work well, the current design does not look durable or very elegant.
We'd like to rethink the band design to make it look incredibly user-friendly, allowing the band to stretch upright to accommodate different finger sizes, while being functionally superior to the current design.
Designer will need to provide STL files for my prototyping company to be able to work with.
Unicycle
Hi all, thanks for checking out my contest! I am involved with a company that is looking to receive some entries for a "prototype" electric unicycle. If you aren't familiar let me give you a brief background. Remember the hoverboards last xmas?? The electric unicycle works on essentially the same principle (upside down pendulum theory) to achieve self balancing capability. The current offerings on the market just don't cut it, the plastics are basically thrown together around the requirements of a build, rather than incorporating the necessary components into the design for a smooth finish. I would like the final product to be somewhat futuristic/prototypish looking, maybe a bit sporty. You can get a feeling for whats out there by doing a google search for "electric unicycle". Integral to the design there are 3 requirements. 1.) Obviously the plastic fairing will need to have a cavity for the wheel, but in addition, it will need to subtly include a space for lipo batteries, (doesnt have to be in any particular shape however), and also must include spot for a pcb control board. Both of these items arent excessively large, the PCB is about 4X3 inches and the batteries are about 5X5X1 (but can be reconfigured). 2.) I would also like to incorporate into my design a headlight, and a tail light if possible, but most concerned with head light. Would also like to leave the option open to include small bluetooth speakers, however these would not take very much space at all. 3.) Finally, this design will need to have a retractable handle for balance when getting on/off.

Smart City Sensor Wall Mount - IoT
We are building a "smart city" type sensor that will be located underground. It will have a wired connection to a Cellular Communicator that uses cellular networks to send the sensor data to cloud server. City employees will mount the Cellular Communicator to walls around the city so that it gets a strong signal. It could be mounted to the wall of a commercial or residential building, in urban or rural environments.
Pictures of the Cellular Communicator are attached.
We need a design for a plastic Wall Mount Bracket that will be used to attach the Cellular Communicator to the wall. We don't want it to stand out, instead we want most people not to notice it, and homeowners to not be bothered by it being mounted on their side or back wall! It should be easy to manufacture by injection mold, and simple to install.
Please provide image files and any neutral CAD file format showing your Wall Bracket design. Images should show how the Communicator fits into the Bracket, and how the Bracket fits against a wall.
