I help design teams update and control existing architectural drawing sets. This service combines approved CAD changes with drawing QA, version records and a defined handover. It is separate from simple drafting of three concept views and from original concept design.

Simple, $500: Pilot Drawing QA. I review a representative subset agreed before work starts and provide an annotated PDF, a prioritised log of up to 20 identified QA issues and one consolidated clarification. The exact drawing list and checks are agreed before ordering. CAD redrawing is not included. The issue limit is not a promise to find 20 issues or a certification that all errors have been found.
Standard, $800: Approved CAD Updates + QA. One agreed batch of approved changes across up to 15 existing drawings, followed by cross-sheet consistency checks and one CAD/PDF handover. This is a one-off update batch, not continuing revision management.
Advanced, $1,150: Managed Revisions + Handover. One agreed change set across up to 10 existing drawings, with a version log, QA issue-status checks and a final CAD/PDF handover. It includes one additional in-scope QA verification cycle before delivery. Open items and decisions still needed from the client remain identified in the handover log.
