Community Renewal: Village Living Room and Flexible Stage Plaza

Two community-renewal concepts use architecture and public space as practical operating systems. The Dongkeng proposal organizes a triangular site into a contemporary village living room with layered courtyards, framed views and visitor functions. The Pixia proposal turns an underused stage plaza into a flexible daily market, community living room and festival venue through adaptable furniture, stalls and cultural interfaces. Both are joint team projects. The portfolio identifies the team context and does not claim sole authorship.
